Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans white corn drained
- 1 2 oz jar pimentos drained
- 12 c grated green peppers
- 12 c grated onions
- 4 stalks grated celery
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 12 c vinegar
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine vegetables mixing lightly
- Combine remaining ingredients mix well
- Taste to see if its sweet enough
- Pour over vegetables
- Put in covered dish
- Put in refrigerator
- Let stand overnight
