Corn Sausage Chowder
Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 c chopped onion
- 4 c cubed potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 17 oz can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 17 oz can cream-style corn
- 12 tsp dried marjoram
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 c water
- 12 oz evaporated milk
Directions
- Cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion tender
- Drain on paper towel
- Return sausage to kettle with potato salt marjoram pepper and water
- Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender about 15 minutes
- Add corn and evaporated milk
- Heat through
