Corn Sausage Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 4 c cubed potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 17 oz can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 17 oz can cream-style corn
  • 12 tsp dried marjoram
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 2 c water
  • 12 oz evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion tender
  2. Drain on paper towel
  3. Return sausage to kettle with potato salt marjoram pepper and water
  4. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender about 15 minutes
  5. Add corn and evaporated milk
  6. Heat through
