Cornbread Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c Bisquick
  • 14 c cornmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 34 c vegetable oil
  • 1 14 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 block margarine or butter

Directions

  1. Greasea
  2. 9 x 13-inch pan
  3. Mix together the Bisquick cornmeal and
  4. baking
  5. powder
  6. In a separate bowl mix oil and sugar
  7. blend
  8. in
  9. eggs
  10. Add liquid to dry ingredients
  11. Stir in milk and vanilla
  12. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes
  13. Cool 5 minutes
  14. Pour melted butter over warm cornbread
