Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 c corn meal
- 23 c sweet milk
- 3 eggs
- 12 c chopped onions
- 12 c chopped celery
- 13 c butter
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 14 c chicken broth
Directions
- Heat oven to 425
- Grease and heat in oven a small No 5 skillet
- Break 1 egg in bowl beat with fork until frothy
- Add corn meal and sweet milk
- Bake for 25 minutes crumble when cool Brown lightly chopped onions and celery in butter
- Add crumbled cornbread 2 eggs beaten and pepper
- Moisten with 1 14 cups chicken broth
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
