Cornbread Fritters

Ingredients

• 1 c yellow cornmeal
• 1 c instant potatoes
• 1 egg
• salt and pepper to taste
• water

Directions

1. Mix ingredients
2. Mix with water to a thin consistency
3. Pour small amounts
4. into frypan with cooking oil
5. Brown on both sides
