Cornbread Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 c self-rising meal
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 c cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Mix all this together
- Put in greased muffin pans and bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes
- Makes approximately 12 muffins
