Cornbread Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pan baked corn bread cooled
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 small jar olives chopped
- 34 cup green onion chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 large cucumber chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 jar bacon bits
Directions
- Crumble bread into large bowl
- Add remaining ingredients and stir
- If mixture is dry add mayonnaise
- Place in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours to chill
