Cornbread Salad

Ingredients
- 6 12 oz cornbread mix White Lily
- 1 egg
- 23 c milk
- 4 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 12 c pickle relish or chopped sweet pickles
- 9 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 14 c sweet pickle juice
Directions
- Combine cornbread mix egg and milk stir well
- Bake in greased 8-inch square pan at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes
