Corned Beef And Biscuits

Ingredients
- 6 to 7 large potatoes diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can corned beef
- Bisquick mix
Directions
- Cook the potatoes onion salt and pepper in water until tender
- Drain
- Mix in the corned beef that has been broken apart with a fork
- Put into a baking dish
- Mix a double batch Bisquick rolled biscuits and place them on top of potato mixture
- Bake at 450 for 15 minutes until biscuits are golden
