Corned Beef And Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 large potatoes diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can corned beef
  • Bisquick mix

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes onion salt and pepper in water until tender
  2. Drain
  3. Mix in the corned beef that has been broken apart with a fork
  4. Put into a baking dish
  5. Mix a double batch Bisquick rolled biscuits and place them on top of potato mixture
  6. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes until biscuits are golden
