Corned Beef And Cabbage

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb corned beef brisket
- 3 carrots cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 medium cabbage cut into small wedges
- 1 large onion quartered
- 1 c water
Directions
- Put carrots in slow cooker first
- Then add remaining ingredients
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or 4 to 6 hours on high
- Push cabbage wedges down into liquid after 4 to 6 hours if cooking on low or after 2 to 3 hours if cooking on high Serves 4 to 6
