Corned Beef Balls In Celery Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can corned beef
- 1 slice bread cut in cubes
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 large potato raw peeled and grated or chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 34 c hot water
Directions
- Flake corned beef with fork
- Add bread onion egg and potato mix
- Shape into 12 balls and brown on all sides in hot butter in frypan
- Place in casserole dish
- Add hot water to celery soup and mix
- Pour over balls
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly
- Serves 4 to 6
- Can be prepared the day before adding soup when ready to cook
