Corned Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef
- 4 medium tomatoes peeled and quartered
- 12 head cabbage cut into pieces
- 14 stick margarine
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- salt and pepper
- 12 c water not required if baking in microwave oven
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except corned beef
- Place in baking dish and bake until vegetables are tender
- Add 12 cup water if cooking in conventional oven
- Cover with corned beef and return to oven until piping hot
- May be topped with shredded cheese if desired
