Ingredients
- 4 lb corned beef brisket
- 6 or 8 medium white potatoes
- 12 or 15 medium sized carrots
- 1 medium head cabbage cut in wedges
- 14 c melted butter and minced parsley
Directions
- Wipe brisket with a damp paper towel
- Put in pot and cover with water
- Bring to boil
- Reduce heat cover pan tightly and cook 3 12 to 4 hours
- In the meantime prepare vegetables
