Corned Beef Egg Patties
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can corned beef
- 13 c minced celery
- 2 Tbsp minced green onions
- 5 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 English muffins split and toasted
Directions
- About 30 minutes before serving
- In medium bowl mix well corned beef celery green onions one egg and salt
- With hands firmly shape mixture into 4 patties
