Corned Beef Hash
Ingredients
- 4 medium size potatoes boiled peeled and diced or use leftover boiled potatoes
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 oz can corned beef
- 1 onion chopped fine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish
- Mixture will be sloppy
- Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or until firm and crusty
- Serves 4
