Corned Beef In Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 can corned beef chopped
• 6 hard-boiled eggs chopped
• 12 c pickle relish
• 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together and toss
2. Fill 8 hot dog rolls with mixture
3. Wrap each in foil and heat on cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 250
4. These are simple to make and may be wrapped in foil and frozen for later use
