Corned Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 can corned beef at room temperature remove liquid and fat
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• bread bun or English muffin

Directions

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients
2. Put on bread bun or English muffin Make sandwich and wrap in foil Can be stored in refrigerator or frozen Warm in oven at 350 for 12 hour or until warmed through Can make open-face and add cheese
3. Put under broiler until cheese melts
