Corned Beef Spread

Ingredients

• 8 oz corned beef
• 8 oz sharp cheese
• 5 small sweet pickles
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 large onion
• green pepper
• 3 to 4 carrots

Directions

1. Grind all of the ingredients together then add mayonnaise to taste
2. Serve on small rolls I use for filling Cream Puffs also
