Corned Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 11 12 oz cans condensed split pea and ham soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 8 oz can mixed vegetables
  • 1 12 oz can corned beef cubed
  • 1 c packaged biscuit mix
  • 13 c water

Directions

  1. Combine soup water undrained vegetables and the corned beef Bring to boiling over low heat
  2. Stir biscuit mix and 13 cup water
  3. Spoon dough onto boiling stew
  4. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes
  5. Cover and cook 10 minutes more
  6. Serve
