Corned Beef Supper Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 15 12 oz can corned beef hash
- 1 c cracker crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp water
- 8 slices rye bread spread with mustard
- 8 slices Kraft American cheese
- 8 onion slices
- 8 tomato slices
Directions
- Slice corned beef hash into 8 patties
- Roll in cracker crumbs
- Dip in beaten egg mixed with water and then again in the crumbs
- Fry in small amount of oil
- On each slice of bread spread with mustard
- Place cheese onion and tomato slice and top with corned beef patty
- Broil until cheese begins to melt
- Makes 8 sandwiches
