Cornfield Hash

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked corn on the cob
- 2 medium potatoes cooked and diced
- 4 to 5 green onions
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 c cooked ham
- 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine corn potato onion green pepper ham tomato salt and pepper
- Melt
- butter

- Add
- corn mixture Pat down evenly
- Cook about 10 minutes until bottom begins to brown
- Turn
- hashand
- continue
- cooking another 5 minutes loosening from pan frequently with spatula
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
