Cornfield Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 c cooked corn on the cob
  • 2 medium potatoes cooked and diced
  • 4 to 5 green onions
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 2 c cooked ham
  • 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine corn potato onion green pepper ham tomato salt and pepper
  2. Melt

  9. Cook about 10 minutes until bottom begins to brown
