Cornflake Cookies
Ingredients
- 6 c Kelloggs cornflakes
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c white Karo syrup
- 1 c crunchy peanut butter
Directions
- Mix sugar and syrup
- Bring to a rapid boil
- Remove from heat
- Stir in peanut butter Put cornflakes in a large bowl and pour syrup mixture over cornflakes
- Stir until coated
- Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper
- Let cool
