Cornflake Crispies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter softened
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 12 c flour
• 2 c cornflakes
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Using a large spoon or fingers mix well
3. Roll dough into 34 x 1-inch diameter Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
4. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 11 to 13 minutes
5. Cool briefly on a cookie sheet
6. Remove to wire rack to cool completely
7. Store in airtight container
8. Makes about 6 dozen
