Cornflake Crispies

Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 12 c flour
- 2 c cornflakes
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Using a large spoon or fingers mix well
- Roll dough into 34 x 1-inch diameter Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 11 to 13 minutes
- Cool briefly on a cookie sheet
- Remove to wire rack to cool completely
- Store in airtight container
- Makes about 6 dozen
