Cornflake Macaroons

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 c sugar
- 14 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12 c flaked coconut
- 3 c cornflakes
Directions
- Beat egg white until stiff but not dry
- Gradually add sugar Add flavoring
- Fold in coconut and cornflakes
- Drop by teaspoonful onto well-greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
- Remove from cookie sheet as soon as removed from oven
