Cornflake Macaroons

Cornflake Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c sugar
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 12 c flaked coconut
  • 3 c cornflakes

Directions

  1. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry
  2. Gradually add sugar Add flavoring
  3. Fold in coconut and cornflakes
  4. Drop by teaspoonful onto well-greased cookie sheet
  5. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
  6. Remove from cookie sheet as soon as removed from oven
