Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients
- 2 Cornish game hens 1 lb 5 oz each halved
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 13 c pineapple juice
- 8 thin orange slices
- parsley sprigs
Directions
- For 2 hours refrigerate game hens in a marinade of soy sauce ginger and pineapple juice covered
- Preheat broiler
- Preheat oven to 350 remove hens from marinade
- Put marinade aside Place hens in skillet boil 5 minutes on each side
- Bake hens uncovered 30 minutes until done
