Cornish Hens

Ingredients
- 2 birds
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Salt and
- pepper
- insides
- of birds.
- Stuff with cooked brown rice.
- Baste
- with sauce every 15 minutes. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
