Cornish Hens With Duck Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 whole Cornish hens
- 34 c brown sugar
- 1 jar 18 oz apricot preserves
- 1 jar 18 oz peach preserves
- 34 c vinegar
- 18 tsp red pepper
- 12 tsp ginger
- 12 tsp garlic cloves chopped
- Rice-A-Roni for stuffing optional
Directions
- Bake hens at 350 for 45 minutes
