Cornish Hens With Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- Cornish hens
- 1 c onion
- 14 c butter
- 1 c brandy
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pt sour cream
Directions
- Split hens salt pepper and paprika
- Brown onion in butter and add hens
- Brown hens and add brandy and simmer until done Remove hens
- Add cornstarch to thicken and sour cream
- Heat do not boil
