Cornish Hens With Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients

• Cornish hens
• 1 c onion
• 14 c butter
• 1 c brandy
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 pt sour cream

Directions

1. Split hens salt pepper and paprika
2. Brown onion in butter and add hens
3. Brown hens and add brandy and simmer until done Remove hens
4. Add cornstarch to thicken and sour cream
5. Heat do not boil
