Cornstarch Icing

Ingredients

• 1 c water
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 c butter or margarine
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix water and cornstarch together and cook until thick set aside to cool
2. Cream butter sugar and vanilla together add to cooled cornstarch mixture
3. Beat with electric mixer until it looks like whipped cream
4. This will frost a 2 layer 9-inch cake
