Corny Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 15 oz can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 1 c sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 14 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Blend eggs margarine sour cream and corn
  2. Add salt and muffin mix
  3. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  5. This is best when served hot
