Corny Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
- 1 15 oz can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 c sour cream or plain yogurt
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Blend eggs margarine sour cream and corn
- Add salt and muffin mix
- Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- This is best when served hot
