Corton

Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp allspice
- pinch of cloves
Directions
- Place ground pork in a large pan and cover 12-inch above meat with water Boil for 1 hour keeping water to meat level Add garlic and onion salt After boiling for 1 hour add allspice and cloves
- Continue to boil and simmer for another hour
- When done simmering pour into bowl and let cool completely before refrigerating
