Cottage Cheese And Sausage Biscuits

Ingredients
- 12 lb cooked sausage
- 1 pkg can biscuit cut in half
- 14 c parmesan cheese
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 2 whipped eggs
- Dash of pepper
Directions
- Grease muffin pan and press biscuit half in pan cups up the side as far as you can
- Divide sausage and place on dough
- Mix cheese cottage cheese eggs and pepper pour over sausage and dough
- Bake 375 15 to 20 minutes
- Wipe muffin pan grease and make the rest of the muffins
