  • 34 c cottage cheese
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp flavoring of your choice

In large bowl add the brown sugar butter and flour Mix as you would for pie dough Take out 34 cup and set aside To the large bowl add the egg cottage cheese milk and baking soda Beat on high speed Stir in your favorite flavoring such as rum or vanilla Pour into a 7 x 10 loaf pan and sprinkle the saved 34 cup of crumb mixture on top Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes Fast and easy
