Cottage Cheese Jello Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large pkg lemon jello
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 c milk
• 1 c Miracle Whip dressing
• 1 c small curd cottage cheese
• 3 carrots shredded fine
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 medium green pepper chopped

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in hot water
2. Add milk and salad dressing Pour all together into mold sets quickly
