Cottage Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg G Washington broth
  • 1 qt small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 c nuts chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 c dry bread crumbs
  • 14 c oil

Directions

  1. Cook onion in oil until soft and golden
  2. Stir all ingredients together
  3. Pack tightly into a casserole greased
  4. Cover with foil
  5. Bake at 350 for one hour
  6. Uncover the last 15 minutes Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving
  7. For a moister loaf use less crumbs You can also use more nuts
  8. Walnuts work well
