Cottage Cheese Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 pkg G Washington broth
- 1 qt small curd cottage cheese
- 2 c nuts chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 c dry bread crumbs
- 14 c oil
Directions
- Cook onion in oil until soft and golden
- Stir all ingredients together
- Pack tightly into a casserole greased
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 350 for one hour
- Uncover the last 15 minutes Allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving
- For a moister loaf use less crumbs You can also use more nuts
- Walnuts work well
