Cottage Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 34 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp soda
- 12 c cornflakes
- 1 egg
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 2 13 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 c quick oats
- 4 Tbsp melted fat
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Sift the first 5 ingredients into bowl and mix in oats and cornflakes
- Beat egg yolk add fat cheese and milk
- Pour liquid mixture into a well in the dry ingredients and beat
- Fold in the beaten egg whites
- Bake in muffin tins in a slow oven at 300 about 1 hour
