Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 c cottage cheese small curd dry drained
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 12 c flour
- 34 stick real butter melted not margarine
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Beat eggs lightly
- After you have melted the butter and it has cooled slightly add it to the eggs
- Then add flour and salt to the mixture
- Over a pancake griddle heated to 375 pour 12 cup or 14 cup of pancake mixture depending on your desired pancake size
- When the pancake begins to brown slightly around edges flip to brown other side
- Add syrup and eat
