Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 c cottage cheese small curd dry drained
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 12 c flour
  • 34 stick real butter melted not margarine
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Beat eggs lightly
  2. After you have melted the butter and it has cooled slightly add it to the eggs
  3. Then add flour and salt to the mixture
  4. Over a pancake griddle heated to 375 pour 12 cup or 14 cup of pancake mixture depending on your desired pancake size
  5. When the pancake begins to brown slightly around edges flip to brown other side
  6. Add syrup and eat
