Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 oz carton small curd cottage cheese
• 3 eggs
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 12 c sugar
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 2 9-inch pie shells unbaked

Directions

1. Mix ingredients in blender
2. Pour into pie shells
3. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
