Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 12 c boiling water
- 1 small carton cottage cheese
- 1 scant c mayonnaise
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium cucumber
Directions
- Dissolve jello in water
- Let cool
- Add cottage cheese well drained
- Add mayonnaise and salt
- Grind or grate vegetables and drain them well
- Add to jello and cheese mixture
- Let set several hours
- Serve on lettuce
