Cottage LasagnaScaled For 8 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 12 lb cottage cheese one container
- 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 c spaghetti sauce 1 jar
- 2 c tomato sauce 2 cans
- 12 c tomato paste 1 can
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 lb lasagna noodles
- 4 oz Mozzarella cheese 1 pkg
Directions
- Brown beef in skillet over medium heat tossing lightly with fork drain off

- spaghettisauce tomato sauce tomato paste and
- Parmesan cheeseCover and simmer 10 minutes Cook noodles drain and rinse in cold water
- In a 7 x 11 x 2-inch baking dish spread 13 of the sauce then 12 of the noodles 12 of the cottage cheese and 12 of the parsley Repeat the last step
- Cover
- with the remainder of the sauce Cut the Mozzarella cheese into
- strips and arrange them on the top
- Bake at 350 for 30minutes
