Cottage Potatoes

Ingredients
- 10 large potatoes diced
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
- 12 lb margarine diced
- 2 sliced bread cubed
- 14 c milk
- 1 tsp each salt pepper and parsley flakes
Directions
- Mix all together in large baking pan
- Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft
