Pound steak to 14-inch cut into serving-size pieces Sprinkle with seasonings
Dredge in flour dip in milk
Dredge in flour again
Brown coated steaks in hot oil
Remove and drain
Reserve 3 tablespoons pan drippings
Add 14 cup flour to drippings
Cook over medium heat until bubbly stirring constantly
Stir in 12 teaspoon salt and 14 teaspoon pepper Add 2 cups milk slowly cook until thick stirring constantly Add steak to gravy cover reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes Remove cover and cook an additional 5 minutes
