Country Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 c shortening
- milk
Directions
- Cut shortening into dry mixture
- Add enough milk to make a fairly wet dough
- Place on floured board
- Cut into rounds about 12 inch high and place close together in pan greased
- Bake in hot oven until brown
