Country Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pkg sausage
  • 1 12 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 14 c chopped green pepper
  • 14 c chopped red pepper
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 14 c light cream I use skim milk
  • 9-inch pie shell

Directions

  1. Cook sausage until done
  2. Crumble then drain
  3. Mix cheese and sausage
  4. Sprinkle into unbaked pie shell
  5. Lightly beat eggs and combine with remaining ingredients
  6. Pour into pie shell containing sausage mixture
  7. Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes Cool 10 minutes on rack
