Country Breakfast Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lb pkg sausage
- 1 12 c grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 14 c chopped red pepper
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c sour cream
- 14 c light cream I use skim milk
- 9-inch pie shell
Directions
- Cook sausage until done
- Crumble then drain
- Mix cheese and sausage
- Sprinkle into unbaked pie shell
- Lightly beat eggs and combine with remaining ingredients
- Pour into pie shell containing sausage mixture
- Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes Cool 10 minutes on rack
