Country Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg sausage any flavor okay 1 lb
  • 9-inch pie shell premade or from scratch
  • 1 12 c grated Swiss cheese
  • 14 chopped green pepper bell pepper
  • 14 c red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onions
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 c light cream

Directions

  1. Cook sausage until done crumble then drain
  2. Mix cheese and sausage sprinkle in pie shell
  3. Lightly beat eggs
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture
  5. Pour in shell and bake at 375 about 40 to 45 minutes
  6. Cool 10 minutes
  7. Serves 6 to 8
