Country Breakfast Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkg sausage any flavor okay 1 lb
- 9-inch pie shell premade or from scratch
- 1 12 c grated Swiss cheese
- 14 chopped green pepper bell pepper
- 14 c red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp chopped onions
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 c light cream
Directions
- Cook sausage until done crumble then drain
- Mix cheese and sausage sprinkle in pie shell
- Lightly beat eggs
- Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture
- Pour in shell and bake at 375 about 40 to 45 minutes
- Cool 10 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
