Country Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 slices white bread cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 12 lb bacon fried and crumbled
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 lb Cheddar cheese grated
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3 c milk

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  2. In dish layer bread bacon and cheese
  3. Beat together eggs milk and salt pour over bread bacon and cheese layers
  4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  5. Cut in squares
