Country Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 3 c whole wheat flour
• 1 12 c milk

Directions

1. Mix together sugar butter salt and soda
2. Beat in the flour and milk
3. Pour into prepared 7 x 11-inch pan
4. Bake about 12 hour at 350 Your choice of topping
