Country Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn not drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 12 c margarine melted
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese
  2. Bake at 350 in casserole dish sprayed with Pam for approximately 45 minutes Add the Cheddar cheese on top after half done
