Country Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 23 c cornmeal
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 c half and half
- 34 c 1 12 sticks Shedds Spread Country Crock
- 2 eggs beaten
Directions
- Combine cornmeal flour sugar baking powder and salt in a large bowl mixing well
- Combine remaining ingredients mixing well
- Add to dry mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until just moistened
