Country Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 23 c cornmeal
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 12 c half and half
  • 34 c 1 12 sticks Shedds Spread Country Crock
  • 2 eggs beaten

Directions

  1. Combine cornmeal flour sugar baking powder and salt in a large bowl mixing well
  2. Combine remaining ingredients mixing well
  3. Add to dry mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until just moistened
