Country Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 c self-rising flour
  • 1 c self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 c sugar
  • 1 c milk
  • 14 c oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a seasoned cast-iron skillet at 350
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together
  3. Remove the hot oil from the oven and add oil to the mix
  4. Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
