Country Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 c self-rising cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 14 c sugar
- 1 c milk
- 14 c oil
Directions
- Heat oil in a seasoned cast-iron skillet at 350
- Mix the remaining ingredients together
- Remove the hot oil from the oven and add oil to the mix
- Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
