Country French Toast

Ingredients
- 12 c eggnog
- 4 thick slices French bread
- 2 Tbsp oil
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Pour eggnog into shallow bowl
- Dip both sides of French bread into eggnog In large skillet cook bread in hot cooking oil over medium heat 2 12 minutes or until golden
- Turn bread
- Cook about 1 12 minutes more add more oil if needed
- Transfer to serving plate Sift powdered sugar over toast
- Yields 2 servings
