Ingredients

  • 12 c eggnog
  • 4 thick slices French bread
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Pour eggnog into shallow bowl
  2. Dip both sides of French bread into eggnog In large skillet cook bread in hot cooking oil over medium heat 2 12 minutes or until golden
  3. Turn bread
  4. Cook about 1 12 minutes more add more oil if needed
  5. Transfer to serving plate Sift powdered sugar over toast
  6. Yields 2 servings
