Country Fried Apples

Ingredients
- 2 lb cooking apples Yellow Delicious are best
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 14 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Peel core and thinly slice apples
- In large skillet melt butter or margarine
- Add apples
- Saute 10 minutes
- Combine sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over apples
- Cook stirring occasionally until tender about 5 minutes more
- Makes 4 servings
