Ingredients

  • 10 ears fresh yellow corn
  • 12 c milk
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp pure sugar
  • 14 tsp fresh thyme minced fine

Directions

  1. Cut the corn from the cob and add the milk salt and pepper Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the corn mixture and thyme
  2. Cook stirring until tender
  3. Makes 8 servings
