Country Fried Corn

Ingredients
- 10 ears fresh yellow corn
- 12 c milk
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 6 Tbsp pure sugar
- 14 tsp fresh thyme minced fine
Directions
- Cut the corn from the cob and add the milk salt and pepper Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the corn mixture and thyme
- Cook stirring until tender
- Makes 8 servings
